Val D'isere is a world renowned Snowboarding resort with extensive shopping, a vibrant cafe culture is one of the best high altitude snowboarding resorts in France. "Val" is also known for it's apres ski antics and crazy party life, yet it is just as well suited to families that perhaps want a more sedate time in resort?

The snowboarding is very suitable to all abilities, and it offers an abundance of easy and intermediate riding all over the resort, and even has some easier blue runs right up on the glacier. The advanced snowboarders will find many more challenging runs too.
High Altitude Snow

At an altitude of over 3,250, and some very fine Glacier skiing and boarding, Val D'sere links directly with the neighbouring resort of Tignes and enjoys a similar “Super-Resort” status. Tignes and Val D'Isere combine to create the excellent Espace Killy Ski Area which is all included on the standard full area pass.

Snowboarding in Val disere:
The Snowboarding in Val D'Isere is excellent also. Le Fornet is absolutely magical in the powder and offers clean and open powder fields from right up high on the Glacier - stretching all the way back down to the mid station and then through the trees and back to base level. Beginner snowboarders will also find many well linked, easy trails and more sedate powder descents to cut their teeth on. There are fun parks with half pipes and Boarder Cross, and jumps of all sizes so that all abilities are encouraged to "give it a go".

Accommodation Details

The Resort of Valdisere:

Val D'Isere is teaming with nightlife! The Apres Ski kicks off with a thump from about 4.00pm onwards and offers some very lively and raucious establishments! Then there are late night bars and bar-cum-clubs which stay open until 4am. This resort has over 50-60 bars and restaurants to choose from!

Chalet Vero:
This is a new addition to our Val d'Isère programme. Like the Tuteliere it enjoys a fabulous location, close to the foot of the Bellevarde piste. The chalet offers comfortable accommodation, for 10 people at more great value “Valdisere” prices. The interior of the chalet is clean and fresh which features a cosy log fire for relaxing evenings in. The chalet affords spectacular mountain and slope views.

The Vero is a 10 bed chalet with a fantastic location in Val D'Isere, close to the foot of the Olympic piste. You can ski very close to the door of the chalet and it is 7- 8 minutes walk to the resort centre.

Chalet Tuteliere:
The Tutelière is an excellent value ski chalet for Valdisere! In fact - we challenge you to find any cheaper for this standard of chalet and resort! It is a 24 bed chalet with a fantastic location, close to the foot of the piste. You can ski very close to the door of the chalet and it is 7- 8 minutes' walk to the resort centre. Can take 26 persons max.

The Chalet Tutelière is a 24 bed ski chalet with a fantastic location in Valdisere, close to the foot of the Olympic piste. You can ski very close to the door of the chalet and it is 7- 8 minutes walk to the resort centre.
