In our experience 9 hours ski lessons spread over 3 days in groups of upto 4 people maximum is a recipe for success, learn in the mornings and practice in the afternoon,by the end of day 3 you will be able to board safley and have fun on the piste,leaving you another 2 days to practice and improve your newly learnt skills.

Itinerary / Highlights

No time wasting we have all the equipment at Reka Hisa. You will be fitted for boots and snowboards, shortly after your arrival so that you can hit the slopes the next morning.

Soriska Planina  
This is a smaller ski-area with a good snowfall record equal to that of Vogel Ski Resort.
Great skiing in truely beautiful and natural surroundings. A great place to learn away from the crowds, but also offering good wide runs for all levels, a giant slalom course, and secondly, an electronically timed section, to assist in developing your speeding ability!
It is a real family resort with very reasonably priced restaurants and bars.
Also boasts the longest natural competion sledge run in Europe.

Vogel
Due to this being a 'high altitude' resort, the snow comes earlier and lasts longer here. The normal season lasts from 1st December to 1st May.
Mount Vogel is renowned for the reliability of the snow cover. This is due to its position on the first mountain barrier from the Adriatic Sea, giving more snow than other resorts of similar altitudes. The setting, high above Lake Bohinj, makes for stunning panoramas. In total there are 18 Kilometres of groomed runs to suit all levels.
Vogel has recently benefited from investment in a number of new hi tech chair lifts.
Plenty of bars and restaurants a little more expensive than Soriska Planina and Kobla but still cheap compared to Austria or France

Kobla  
Located near Reka Hisa. Kobla resort is on lower slopes than Soriska Planina and Vogel.
Long, fast runs are plentiful here, but also nursery and blue and green slopes for beginners, an options for beginners.
Good bars and restaurants again reasonably priced. 

Senozeta  
A smaller resort where we go night skiing. Flood lit pistes in a small friendly village runned resort over looked by the Best Pizza ever restaurant. A great evening's fun.
Do not forget all the above is included in our package at no extra costs.

Accommodation Details

We are located on the edge of Triglav National Park, the Crown Jewel of Slovenia. Triglav is Slovenia´s highest mountain and is a national symbol. We are situated in between Slovenia´s two most beautiful lakes, Bled and Bohinj. The ski resorts of Soriska Planina, Kobla, Vogel are all within easy reach.

Reka Hisa is our riverside house nestling beside the crystal clear Sava Bohinjska river and the stunning views of the Julian Alps. Accommodation consists of double bedrooms, all en suite bathrooms and a splendid views down the river. All rooms have balcony/patio area, but we also have a two bedroom en suite for families.

Reka Hisa is relaxing and has an informal atmosphere. Meal times are special events with everyone sitting around the table to chat about their day´s adventures. Fantastic meals made from local produce – organic. Special dietary requirements will be catered for.

Accommodations at Reka Hisa is based on two persons sharing 2 persons sharing a double en-suite bedroom prices from 690 Euro per person or 590 Euro per person based on 4 people sharing our family suite which consists of one twin bedded room and one double room with large en-suite bathroom , half board basis, breakfast & evening meals.
