Shared House 1 Street from the Beach and Bus Stop, Sleeps 10, Short or Long Stay
LONG TERM (MINIMUM 2 WEEKS)
Double or Twin share room $240 per week, Double/Twin Room with Private Lounge $300 per week. These rooms (total 6 people) share a bathroom with shower/bath/sink and extra sink/toilet area.
1 x Quad share room @ $120pp per week including ensuite with shower, spa and toilet.
SHORT STAY
$40/night for single person in quad share room with ensuite or $70/night for double/twin or private room.
Fully furnished house with large kitchen, comfortable eating inside and outside for everyone, a tv/sitting area plus a study with broadband internet access.
One street back from beautiful Palm Beach and a short walk to the cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The bus stop is just on the next street over and takes you into town, down to the kite beach or to the bus and train station.
Brand new townhouse built just last year so luxury shared house living. Very multi-cultural so everyone is welcome :) |
