This is one of our most popular holidays. A guaranteed week of great conversations, delicious vegetarian food, yoga and snowboarding.
You’ll notice your snowboarding improves as your body and mind becomes more flexible, strong and balanced with daily yoga.
If you need a real break in the middle of winter, this is a good week to come. La Source is sort of like a Ski Ashram! Healthy vegetarian food, time to tap into your source, yoga, good company, an amazing energy and environment and to top it off... snowboarding!
We do yoga every morning from 8 to 9.30am and get the 10.30am shuttle to the slopes after organic cardammon and peanut butter porridge. (If there is a powder day we juggle things around a little!)
3 evenings a week we will do yoga and meditation after snowboarding. Then after dinner you can sit in the wood-fired Cedar hot tub under a star lit Alpine Sky.
Our chef Warren offers vegetarian cooking workshops for those who don’t want to snowboard. There are many other options too, like mindful snow shoeing, ski de fond, ice skating, parapenting, massage, etc..
